I was wondering whether or not it is legal to ride a bike while drunk. If not what would be the consequences.

Under Minnesota law, "bicycle" does not come under the definition of vehicle for the purposes of a DUI. Therefore, you should not be guilty of a DUI while operating a bicycle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs. There are, however, other changes that you may be violating (i.e. public intoxication).

A bicycle is not a motor vehicle. You could be charged for public intociaction.
