Mom signed over power of attorney
My father recently died.Having quite a bit of money he left all to my mom. She has now been placed in assisted living. My fathers attorney some how has given power of attorney to a sister. There is an executor to my dads estate, but my mom signed over power of attorney for her personal being. Is there any thing the rest of the family can do?She just wants togo home???? Thanks

Re: Mom signed over power of attorney
Without knowing all the details and facts, the only answer is to consult with an attorney about filing an action to gain or regain control of the estate from the executor, and discuss what is appropriate regarding control over the mother. Contact me if interested in doing so.
