child custody
my three children have lived with their father for about one and a half years and i want to get custody of them do i have a chance since they have lived with their father for so long?

Without more information, it would be difficult to answer your question. Why do you want custody of your children? How did their father assume custody? What is going on with the children now?

The answer depends on whether custody has already beed determined by a court. If it has not, custody is determined based on what is in the best interests of the child. If it has, the standard is much higher and requires a showing of endangerment.
