Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
My husband and his ex-wife want to change custody and child support for their 2 children. If this is a mutual agreement, what paper work do we need to file to the court and would they need to go to a hearing. My husband is being deployed in 2 weeks and would not be able to attend a hearing.

The parties may execute a Stipulation and Order that is filed with the court which, in most counties, would not require an appearance.
