Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

If your paperwork is from Hennepin County, can you go to any courthouse in the County to have paperwork signed? Like a QDRO?

Further detail would need to be known. Most legal cases are not of the sort where one may simply walk in a courthouse door holding some proposed legal doc', proposed legal order, and ask, 'Please sign here (now)'. Best to you.
