Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I have Sole Physical Custody of 11 & 13 year old. I share Joint Legal Custody w/ their father.

Can I marry and move out of state to Iowa... two hours away or will I have to get permission from their father? I anticipate that the visitation schedule would remain the same.

If the other parent has court ordered parenting time, any relocation with the child out of state would require an agreement ofthe parties or a court order.
