Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
I am suppost to get my daughter every wednesday after school. My ex wife told me she wasnt going to let me have her tonight, I called the local police dept, social services, and the child support office. No one will help me out, what are my options.

You must file a Motion in court for contempt and, as part of that proceeding seek compensatory visitation, payment of your legal fees and any other relief that may be equitable under the circumstances.

I would agree with Mr. Beaulier if this was a continuing problem. If it was an isolated event, however, seeking court relief may be overkill. You should carefully document any violations the court ordered visitation and save any communications concerning your visitation.
