Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Minnesota

Buying a mobile home w/ notarized contract. Can he kick us out?

Contract is hand written, but notarized. Simply states we'll pay $300/mo and will pay $5,000 on 1-1-08, which we couldn't do. I tried to explain we didn't get our anticipated tax refund, but now I'm afraid he's going to kick us out. We have 3 kids and it's a MN winter here. We're looking for a house, but what can we do in the mean time? I have made $300. pmts every month so far and am continuing to do so. Can this man kick us out? How long would we have? Is there anything we can do to prevent this? We just don't have the money! If we did it'd be paid for!
