Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Minnesota

Foreclosure situtation

My husband (very recently) bought a home approx. 10 yrs ago. His ex (of 15 yrs.)agreed to pay the mortgage a yr ago to stay in the home. She paid nothing & is still in his home. He is the Sole owner, how can he get answers regarding this property?

Does the Divorce Decree address the issue?

Anything in writing?

If not she is a Tenant at WIll, and can be removed by eviction.
