Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Minnesota

question

Sir,

I and 49 others are seeking advice as to where to begin for a settlement we are seeking.

The circumstances are a company originated in State of Minnesota, which was shut down by the attorney general of Minnesota (we the investors or creditors naive to those facts), afterwords the company was re-named and registered to another name in the State of Nevada, and started operating out of the Caribbean islands inciting additional investors or creditors to what became knowledgeable as a scam operation, the owner of the company died (Aruba governmental death certificate produced). At this point we are seeking sound advice to either present are complaint to the (Stateside and Aruba conspirators) to the deception which transpired, or to where the company was registered (Nevada) before starting to operate out of the Caribbean Islands. 50 total plaintiffs to about 12 conspirators.

Complaints have been filed to the internet crime bureau and attorney general office of Minnesota, filed 1/2009.
