Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota

I have a boyfriend of 2 years. I am a citizen and he is illegally here. We want to marry here in MN. He has a warrant for his arrest because he did not show up to his court for no drivers license. On his record he only has violations for driving after revocation even if hes never had a drivers license. Could he be deported if he gets arrested? His mother brought him here illegally as a child. He is now 20. How can our marriage affect his status? Will he be forced to stay in MX for years until his status is legalized? Thank you so much.

Yes, he can be deported as it appears from your brief question that he is in USA illegally and has criminal record.

You need to consult a knowledgeable immigration attorney (not a 'notario') if you are seeking a legal advice regarding his situation. Please note that a marriage to a US citizen, by itself, can't help to fix his immigration status.
