Either to find a joint sponsor if your own income is below federal poverty guidelines, or use your other assets to supplement low income (if possible). There is no way for the Affidavit of support requirement to be waived because a petitioner/wife can't sponsor the beneficiary/husband. A visa will not be issued until the public charge requirement is satisfied.
