Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota
How do you get a legal aliens status revoked?
What are the requirements to have a
legal-alien sent back to their Country?
They are not a citizen of the US. I
believe they are a threat to our way of
life.

Re: How do you get a legal aliens status revoked?
If the person has broken the law, you can report him to the police. The police would then transfer the matter to the Immigration Service if needed.
If the person has violated his immigration status, you can report it to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
If the person has not broken the law, nor violated the Immigration laws, then there would be no basis to have him deported.
