Hello I am going to the philippines in april of 07 I will be getting married and my wofe would like to come to the usa How long will it take before she can come here and what will be the aprox. cost thank you Mark

Assuming that you are a U.S. citizen, the process for petitioning a spouse from the Philippines generally takes 10+ months. Part of the reason for the long time frame is due to the high level of fraud in the Philippines, which results in extensive investigations of the foreign spouse.
