Marrying a Mexican who entered illegally - but here less than 180 days
My boyfriend entered the country illegally around the age of 7. He recently turned 18 in January of 2004. What are the steps needed in order for us to get married and for him start working- I am pregnant right now and due in august, if he has to go back would it be after august when he is allowed to come back? I am a US citizen. Also he had a record before turning 18, but was never tried or convicted as an adult.

It doesn't sound as though he has been in the US for less than 180 days if he has been here since the age of 7!
You may be able to apply for a spousal petition for him but need a consultation to explore this option since he has a criminal record.
