Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota

This my question . Will I have to fill out another petition for my wife befor her five years is up? She had to go down to Honduras to get a visa and come back legaly but when she was there they told us she had to stay there for five years because they got her crossing to the U.S illegaly and did not show up for immigration court . Please let me know if I have to fill out all the paperwork all over so i can get started on it because her five years if up in 1012.

You should consult an immigration attorney in private, and show them all immigration documents, including Immigration Court paperwork.

You should see an immigration attorney and obtain a Freedom of Information Act Request (FOIA) for G-639 to receive you wife's complete immigration file before filing any new applications.
