Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota

I have to renew my permanent resident card by march 31-2010. I haven't filled my taxes in 4 years,can that prevent me from renewing my permanent residency again??

Yes, it can. A lawful permanent resident is expected to file taxes with IRS every year as a resident, even if residing abroad.
