Sponsoring non-familial alien for humanitarian reasons

We would like to sponsor a nonfamilial alien for humanitarian reasons. He is of Haitian descent and currently resides in the Dominican Republic. He has employment there of a limited degree. He wants to better his life and his family's back in Haiti. Please advise. He does not have a Bachelor's degree. He is employed on a ranch in Punta Cana. Thank You

there is something called humnatarian parole...but that is normally granted for health reason. You can sponsor him for labor certification...as a domestic help or something..bachelors degree is not required for that. Bachelors degree is required for H1 visas
