Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota
Hello!
My name is Trang Nguyen, I have a 3 years old son who is stay in Vietnam right now. I plan to bring him back to the US when he turn 5. My question is I don't know is there any limit of time for a child to stay in Vietnam? can he come back to the US without any legal trouble (my son was born in the US). He have been in Vietnam seen he was 21 months old.

If a child was born in USA, it makes him a USA citizen. A US citizen can stay abroad as long as he wants. There is no time limit.
