I'm a perment resident,my wife is russian i have a I-130
petition pending.I'm to be a U.S citizen in july about how
long does it to upgrade my petition and for my wife to come back? thanks for any help Gaffield.

Once you obtian your citizenship and amend the petition, it will take approximately 8 months-1 year.
