Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota
my wife cheated on me in the third month of marrage, just prior to our scheduled interview. i accepted her story at the time , and even until she walked out. her original story was she went to wisconsen dells with her friend from new hampshire, it turns out her friend was never there and that my wife was just down the hill at nearbby hotel, right under my nose mind you. with a complete stranger from fort wayne indiana. i reported her missing with the police after not hearing from her in almost 48hrs. when she came home i new something was wrong,,,she said i dont love you anymore immediatly upon walking through the door. verbalties wheree put out and our relationship was never the same after that. baiting me into recorded agruements schemed by my wife and her friend, to gain some type of evidence against me for her to use me as a conduit to stay another way, as opposed to the original contract on the premis of our marrgaige. my family is strongly urging me to get a divorce as soon as possible and to write the letter withdrawaling the petition a.s.a.p. i feel real low on what i had for much better expectations. will she be deported immediatly upon signing the divorce? since we wont be attented the interview.and have no status? and if she cant be found, how does the divorce finalize? and will they activly look for her, i feel i may know wheere she is, and possibly the local police? can she still going to be able to file a self petition on the grounds of a false abuse charge? the police were never here execpt for me making out a missing persons police report when i was worried about my wife of the weekend mentioned above. this has been a hellish experience and just want to have the divorce and for her to go home. i wish i could sue for fraud.

If you want to divorce your wife you should seek advise from a divorce lawyer. If you have some inquiries pertaining to her immigrant status and your petitioning/sponsoring for her, then you shall seek advice from a knowledgeable immigration lawyer.
Briefly, no, she will not be deported immediately after divorce. Yes, theoretically, she can self-petiiton for a Green Card/residency in USA based on abuse and domestic violence, where no participation for you, as a US citizen husband, would be required. It's hard to tell what she can or will do, based on your post.
