Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota

Employment

I am being forced to be a flight nurse when it is voluntary for every other nurse in the unit I work in. I am being harrassed by my manager due to having had to bump into the position according to contract due to layoffs. My union filed a grievance but has not followe up on it and I don't think they will. My life insurance and workman's comp won't cover any voluntary work, and it is voluntary to fly, not required. I was told that ''I can fly or I can leave'' please help.
