Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota

Inapropriate Behavior

Today I was susspended from my job, someone that I work with said that I touched her in an inapropiate way. The co. I work for is investigating the accusation, but I would like to know what are my rights since I did not touch anyone at anytime this way?
