Non-compete Contract
Can I, as a Minnesota resident, Get out of a non-compete contract so I can get back to work in the field I have worked in for 14 years?

Non-competes are enforceable in limited circumstances if they are validly created and reasonable in scope.
I have enforced and nullified Non-competes in different cases.
