Depending on what the lease says and who is paying for motel, the lease may terminate and you will need to locate alternative housing. Is the rental unit repairable? How soon will you be able to move back in?

If the unit is quickly repaired and the motel cost is paid by LL (or insurance of LL), the lease may continue.Call or email for assistance.
