getting tenants property out
when can i put my tennants things out on the street they abandoned the property the end of october and refuse to collect their things however they prepaid the rent through december. the house was raided by marshalls and they have not been back one of the tennants is in jail. phone number 763-639-0107

Re: getting tenants property out
Need to follow the statute re: notice, sale, seizure and storage. Otherwise you will risk liability to your prior tenants.
