Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota

As a small business owner in the State of Minnesota, I have a privately owned parking lot for my customers and employees. I have a sign posted stating that violators will be ticketed and towed at the owners expense, but people continue to park in my lot. What are my legal rights as far as having a vehicle ticketed, towed or bootlicked? Will I have any reprcussions if I do any of the above?

You have the right to get them off your property and if they're notified that they will be towed, from a practical stand-point especially, there are no legal remedies they can pursue against you.
