Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota

i was pulled over last month for a speeding citation. The officer pulled me and a another guy over. he asked me questions about us racing but i didnt even know him, and for sure dont race. After that the cop took my license and insurance to his car. Liek 30 MIn. later he came back and told me he was just going to write me a citation. i didnt pay the fine because for the speed he had nothing!! It said Speeding- over the limit. i glanced through the ticket again and noticed they had my birthday wrong, and it clearly stated 15 not 19. If i were to show the judge that i didnt have a speed and the officer wrote my birthday wrong... Can i get out of the $122 speeding citation??
