Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Minnesota

Contesting a will?

In a situation where 2 people got married the wife had 3 children and they had 3 together, the wife died in 2002 and the husband died in december. A will was made out b4 his death and he left the house and property to his children and not all 6 children. The wife's 3 children had not been adopted by him. Can the wife's 3 children contest the will and get anything?

Re: Contesting a will?

I hate to give you an answer like this, but it depends. In general, will contests are very difficult on all of the parties, both financially and emotionally. There is simply not enough information here to say. A whole host of factors could easily change any response I were to make here.
