Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Minnesota

will and personal property

As personal representative in my mom's will, can I start ditributing property to those who are named and agree to the will? My dad is still living and agrees with this.

If you're asking the question, you probably better not do that quite yet. What type of probate do you have? Don't you have an attorney for the probate?
