Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Minnesota

Will question

My Moms brother died and left eveything to her and her sister.

My Mom is vary sick what happens to her 1/2 if She passes before everything is done with her brothers will? He had land and some money in the back and she could use it now to help out, we just do not know how that works the Excuter of the will has not said anything he is selling everything but that may take years?

That depends on what the will actually says. Does it go directly to your mom or does it go to a trust for your mom? What is your mom's actual interest in the estate?
