My fiance is now incarcerated and still has 2 detainers. when he was at court before his sentencing, he said that the DA said something to the nature of - no pass or no pross. He was unsure of which he heard. Can you please tell me if you have ever heard of either?

"Nolle Pros" is A tem used when the Prosecutor is going to decline to pursue the charge..probably due to the fact that the charges for which he is detained are more serious than those he "passed to the file " for the time being. They can be pursued later but it isn't likely that will happen.
