Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi
my husband has been inditated on a charge yet he wasnt even present for court nor will they get the evidence to prove he was innocent can they do both of those things pls help he is facing jail and they wont allow him to see an attorney either pls help very despaerate

A jailer has never denied my request to see an inmate who is being held but not convicted. My advice would be to hire a different lawyer, or apply to the court on his behalf for a public defender.
