Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi

First time

I am being charged for a Felony. The company I worked for allegedly claimed I embezzeled $563.00 for used makeup. What am I looking at here if I don't get a lawyer and represent myself?

Theft for amounts over 500 but less than 2500 is 5 years imprisonment or a 10,000 fine or both. Not knowing the legal system you are at a disadvantage. You need to know the rules and theories by which you can argue your case. Your best bet is to get an attorney. I give free consultations, you may call for an appointment anytime.
