Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

I really need help on this

Ok I've been divorced for 8 years my ex has called human services on me any where from 10-15 times every time they came out the cases where dismissed.numorous different charges where claimed anywhere from riding around to much to that i do drugs the kids had lice we had no water lots of different things have been stated. once he filed suit for change of custody and things where listed in there that defamed me well that case went nowhere it was throwed out. well come mon there will be another person come to my home to investigate me and on tues ill be going to court couse my oldest is 12 and he {my ex} thinks shell say she wants to live with him. what can i do to stop the harassment toward me and my children.and no i have no attorny im not able to hire one i was just served sun and the court date is this next tues becouse of the girls i dont want to postpond it i want to get it over with for them

You really need a lawyer on this. Your divorce agreement may have a no harassment clause in it. You could sue for contempt for harassment. You could ask for attorney fees. I assume ex is up to date on child support. Also seek an injunction to stop him from further harassment.
