Is legal seperation available in Ms and how do I go about getting one.

Mississippi does not have a "legal separation." The closest thing to it is called "Separate Maintainence" which has almost the same requirements as a fault grounds divorce.

To get separate maintainence, you will have to hire a lawyer, go to court and prove your charges against your spouse.

Miss. does not have legal separations. Often the same purpose is accomplished by entry of a temporary order in either an irreconcilable differences or fault-based divorce action.
