Re: switch_n_bait

It seems you either reconciled or attempted to reconcile before a judgment for divorce was obtained. If there was a failed attempted reconcilation rather than a completed reconcilation, a divorce may be obtained based on the original complaint in July last year. If there was a completed reconcilation, a new divorce action must be initiated. Since the reconcilation involved a conveyance of land, it seems that a new divorce is necessary. Also, there is a question about whether the property interest to your husband was the result of a fraud on his part which would justify the court setting aside the conveyance based on fraud. You should file a written objection to any previously agreed irrconcilable differences divorce before a judgment is obtained, and you should arrange for legal representation as soon as possible.
