Legal Question in Immigration Law in Mississippi
My wife's I-130 was denied for insufficient income. When she had her interview for her visa. They requested 2009 tax forms, 2009 W-2, a job letter, and either 4500 in the bank or a co-sponsor. My question is: Can i add a I-864a to my case? I have other family members in the same house with income that I did not include previously, because they filed their own taxes. Where would I submit the I-864a? To the US Consulate in Bangkok or send to the NVC?

If you have other household members, they can complete the Affidavit of support, form I-864A. However, other household members have to be added to your total "household size" which will increase the amount required from a sponsor.
A joint sponsor is another option. Showing your other assets is another option. Your 2009 tax information and W-2 forms are mandatory documents.
If you fail to provide sufficient information and afidavit of support, no immigrant visa can be issued to a wife because of a "public charge" inadmissibility requirement. I suggest, you consult a qualified immigration attorney because this seems to be a serious enough situation.
