Legal Question in Personal Injury in Mississippi

Wrongful Death

Are there any conditions in which a deceased person was told by the mother that he was the father of her unborn child until birth, whereas then she told him he was not the father? And do any of those conditions stated that this child ''must'' be part of a wrongful death lawsuit?

Paternity needs to be determined for more reasons than those you stated. If there is a suit over the death of this alleged father, then this child may be entitiled to some part of the funds.
