Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Mississippi

I inherited my parents home and acreage this year when both parents passed away. What legal rights to I have with regard to how that land is used? My sister wants to build a daycare on the property.

IF YOU ARE A JOINT OWNER WITH SIS, EITHER YOU AGREE TO THE USE OF THE LAND OR YOU SPLIT THE PROPERTY DOWN THE MIDDLE (OR OTHERWISE) AND EACH TAKE A SEPARATE TRACT WITH WHICH YOU CAN DO WHAT YOU LIKE. IF THERE IS NO OBJECTION TO HER DAYCARE SHE MAY BE ABLE TO BUILD IT ON HER PARCEL. OTHERWISE YOU CAN KEEP HER FROM BUILDING ON LAND IN WHICH YOU HAVE A 1/2 INTEREST (OR EVEN ANY INTERESTS)
