Can I file bankrupcy on a credit card that my husband ownes and I'm an authorized user?

If you fiel bankruptcy and give notice to all the appropriate interested partiews, if may be ffective agsint all credit caredds that you have any kind of interest in. Your bankruptcy attorney can explain the effect on the actual card account in question.
