Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri

wondering how long i got i filed bankrucpy and the judge on the reaffirm deied me saying it was for my best interest and how long after that do they relive the mortgage company on the motion and about how long will it be before they do a repo see it is a moblie home on a rented lot the mortgage company call it a repo how long do we have before they come to get it i have,nt gotten any papers back yet on the discharge and the mortgage wo,nt work nothing out so i am done with it can you please let me know thank you in missouri chapter 7 is what i filed i went threw all the steps now just wondering what vander bilt will do can they take your personal belonging

These are excellent questions for the attorney representing you in the bankruptcy. If you can not get them answered, you need to confer direclty with other counsel. Many attorneys offer a free or low cost intial consutlation, Yours is fact-based problem, and there is not enouigh space here to provide all the relevant information. Generally, it takes at least thirty days to effect a foreclosure. A prejudicial repo can happen much faster. It is impossible to predict the amount of time. as there are many variables that can change the estimation.
