I filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in October of 2003. What is the time frame before I could file again?

Eight years from filing to filing. Personally, I prefer to wait to actually file until eight years has elapsed since the discharge date. It often takes a while to prepare the petition, so it's not too early to start gathering the required info.

Eight years is eight full years, not seven years, 11 months, and 29 days.
