Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Missouri
I recently had a chapter 13 case, which was filed pro se, dismissed due to a procedural error. Can this be appealled?

Not successfully. Your best bet is to hire a lawyer and refile.
The question isn't "can you afford a lawyer?". The question is, "can you afford not to?".
