Verbal misrepresentation of a product
I bought a PC I was lied to about the quality and service provided. I want to return it but it has been more than 14 days they won't let me, because I was misinformed I think I should be able to. Help!!! What do I do!

It depends upon the seller, and if they are a chain retailer. Some will bend from the pressure of a letter from an attorney. How far have you gone up the ladder of the seller's organization? From a purely legal standpoint, you could take the seller to court regarding the misrepresentation. However, you may have signed an agreement whereby you agreed to the jurisdiction of the courts in another state, or to arbitration, when you purchased the unit.
You really did not describe the problem with the computer very thoroughly. Is the problem a malfunction, or just that it is not up to the minute loaded with bells and whistles?
