Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
My 17 year old son got a citation for paraphernalia. It's his first offense. The officer did not take him in that night. Can he still charge him for the paraphernalia

If he got a Citation, he is being charged. You need to have your Son consult directly with a defense attorney in your area.
