Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Felony charges
There is a person who has a drug felony charge that is probably 8 years old. His nephew has a current drug felony charge. Can they live in the same household?

If the second person has not been convicted, he cannot be in violation of any restriction not to reside with another felon. As for the man with the 8 yr old case, the answer is basically the same, except he may have a violation based upon the activity that got the other man his pending charge.
If both men have been convicted of felonies, they are probably both in violation.
