Illegal search and seizure
If you are a victum of and illegal search and seizure can you file a suit against law officers for compensation of bail and attorney fees if this illegal act caused you to go to jail?

No in virtually any case. If the cop's conduct could be deemed abusive, you could theoretically file a 1983 action (civil rights violation) but you will need extreme behavior to justify this (i.e.-- such as physical abuse).
As long as the cop acts in good faith in making an arrest, you will have no recourse against him or her.
