Re: misdemeanorI

In the very first place, you should hire an attorney to represent you. That attorney will explain the statutes concerning the crime and the possible penalties. He or she will also interview you and any witnesses, obtain all discoverable material from the prosecution, and advise you on your best course of action. Please do not hesitate to consult with an attorney in your area immediately. If you are in the Eastern half of the state, I have handled hundreds of criminal cases over the last twenty-four years and I would be happy to give you a free telphone consultation if you would call me at 314-727-2822.
