Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
molestation charges
For molestation charges that are just now being reported from twenty years ago. Will the DA even look at cases this old? How do I get a good criminal attorney who specializes in these and I want to check their case history etc..

Re: molestation charges
There are time limits on bringing molestation charges, for both civil and criminal purposes. It sounds like these are too old, but if you are arrested, or are sued, then you are going to need an experienced attorney, desperately.
